Check service health

The API exposes unauthenticated probes that need no API version prefix:

GET https://api.cargovision.app/health200 with "status": "ok" while the process is serving requests
GET https://api.cargovision.app/ready200 with "status": "ready" when the database answers a ping; otherwise 503 with "status": "not_ready"

Before you contact us

Include the following so we can reproduce the problem:

  • The full request method and path, for example POST /v1/edge/containers/identify
  • The HTTP status and the error.code from the response body
  • The time of the request, with time zone
  • The container number or record ID involved, if any

Never include passwords, JWTs, or edge API keys in a support request.
