## Check service health

The API exposes unauthenticated probes that need no API version prefix:

| Endpoint                                 | Returns                                                                                                       |
| ---------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `GET https://api.cargovision.app/health` | `200` with `"status": "ok"` while the process is serving requests                                             |
| `GET https://api.cargovision.app/ready`  | `200` with `"status": "ready"` when the database answers a ping; otherwise `503` with `"status": "not_ready"` |

## Before you contact us

Include the following so we can reproduce the problem:

* The full request method and path, for example `POST /v1/edge/containers/identify`
* The HTTP status and the `error.code` from the response body
* The time of the request, with time zone
* The container number or record ID involved, if any

Never include passwords, JWTs, or edge API keys in a support request.
